How to disable Open File Security Warning when running applications?

I feel your pain.This one was so annoying I just had to figure out, how to kill it immediately.

1.Run (windows key + R ),then type gpedit.msc, and
2.go to Local Computer Policy->User
3.Configuration->Administrative Templates->WindowsComponents->Attachment Manager
4.and enable "Default risk level for file attachments", and then
5.enable "Inclusion list for low risk file types"
6.and add to this list the file extensions (.exe) that you want to open without
triggering this crap.
